Refund policy

We accept refund and exchange within 30-days of purchase.  But we cannot arrange courier for return currently, customer need to book courier to return the items back to our warehouse (contact us first to get address and details).

Note- Due to  product type (big and heavy), we don't cover the return shipping cost (unless there is damage, inconsistent with the description & photo or other problems and services that are caused by us)

Customers can return or exchange the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. (We cannot accept the return if the original packages lost especially the white wrap inside)

We will check the product when we got them and then issue the refund or send new products to you. Any damages on the products will affect the final refund.
